Our aim is to provide a “Professional Service” to all our customers and to instill confidence by carrying out our works safely by adhering to our Health and Safety Policy.

Customer Care Statement

Carrier Landscapes Ltd will answer all correspondence from customers in the time frames stated within our terms and conditions.

If complaints are made to our office, they are dealt with professionally and with courtesy.  Appointments are made promptly and the least disruption made to the client. Where an immediate answer cannot be given, customers shall be kept regularly updated.

Quality Statement

Through our commitment to customer service, we provide the highest standard of product and workmanship to all our customers.

Operations Manuals and Quality Manuals are a requirement in larger projects. We ensure that the products stated in these manuals are used and are correctly installed by test and inspect plans and regular inspection forms completed by our managers.

We produce and distribute our own `After Care` Advice Guide for customer's reference, with advice on how to care to for their newly planted trees, plants and turf.  Professional advice is available regarding hard landscapes installed.

Our Target

We maintain our excellent customer service through continually reviewing our performance by distributing satisfaction forms to our clients once works have been completed. Our staff have a quality bonus scheme relating to the form, which feeds back on staff performance.
