This week is National Mental Health Week which of which the aim is to get people talking about their mental health and understand the importance of it.
Sadly, in our industry 2 workers take their own life each day and mental health affects 1 in 4 people each year. Here at Carrier Landscapes mental health is something we take very seriously and are not just committed this week to mental health but for the future for all our staff. Our company has invested in a trained mental health first aider who is here to listen, support and advise anyone who may be struggling.

The Mix - If you're under 25, and need advice or support with mental health, money, relationship break-ups you can call The Mix on 0808 808 4994 (Sunday-Friday 2pm-11pm).
Papyrus HOPELINEUK - If you're under 35 and struggling with suicidal feelings or concerned about a young person who might be struggling, you can call on 0800 068 4141.
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) - If you identify as male, you can call Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm-midnight, every day).
Samaritans - To talk about anything that is upsetting you, you can call 116 123 (free from any phone).
